  • Can you do customized design?
    Yes we can. Please offer us your drawings, and we will make it real.
  • What should I do if I am having quality issues?
    You should take photos and specify the quality issues, and show them to our salesman. If the evidence shows it is our responsibility, there are 3 ways for you to choose:
    1. Return the goods and we will repair them to you.
    2. Make a discount for you.
    3. Return the goods, we will refund the money to you..
  • How long is the quality guarantee?
    We are a manufacturer, not the dealer, so we just accept to exchange the dissatisfied ones within 5 days after receiving the goods, otherwise we will not take the responsibility. Hope you can understand.
  • What certification can you offer?
    FDA, CE, CP65, SGS, BSCI...
  • Can you engrave my logo on glasses?
    Sure, we can.
  • Will you destroy the forest if you use the wood?
    No, we will not. All of the wood are purchased from the assigned supplier, who have the FCS certification, that means the wood comes from recyclable forest.
  • Can I visit your workshop?
    Sure, welcome to visit our workshop. But notice, you can’t take photos without permission.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
